Hector Antique Show & Sale
Pictou, Nova Scotia
August 10th, 11th & 12th

Dear Vendors,
The Ship Hector Foundation is please to announce it’s first annual Hector Antique Show and Sale to be held Friday August 10th 12:00 noon to 8:00 PM, Saturday August 11th 10:00AM to 6:00 PM and Sunday August 12th 1:00PM to 5:00 PM. We will be holding the show in three of the church halls all within easy walking distance of the main street and the waterfront area. The show will be held in conjunction with the Hector Festival, which includes the reenactment of the landing of the Ship Hector so we anticipate a good crowd of tourists, history buffs and antique hunters. Visit www.townofpictou.com for more information.
The Show & Sale will be advertised in local, regional and national publications, as well as several local and antique websites.
Admission fee for the public will be $2:00/day for all three halls and vendor fees will be $150.00 for the three-day event. Profits from this event will be going to the Ship Hector Foundation for the maintenance and further development of the vessel.
Vendors will be accepted on a first come first serve basis and it is anticipated that we will be able to accommodate approximately twenty-one booths. Move in and set up times will be Thursday evening from 5PM to 9PM and Friday morning from 8AM until 12 noon.
Each booth will be provided with one table and two chairs. Additional tables will be available at $10.00/ table. Outlets will be limited but please bring your own extension cords if you require lighting. As the show will be held on church property we request that all hours and rules (attached) be strictly adhered to. As this show will be catering to antique collectors and history buffs, we ask that no modern day collectibles or reproductions be displayed at this show.
Please refer to the attached documents that include show regulations, town map and registration form. Should you wish to participate, please submit a completed registration form and forward along with a deposit cheque of $75.00 to:

                INTERESTED IN ANTIQUE DOLLS?

For a very large Doll Auction, keep in mind RICHARD W. WITHINGTON, INC.  We've been to their doll auctions on several occasions and they are wonderful.  They operate over the New England States, mostly in New Hampshire...and, yes, it is worth the drive...literally hundred of  dolls you've only seen in books before....and some very huge ones, too.   Check out their website at:   www.withingtonauction.com
